Footer: Add drop shadow to breadcrumbs #2046

Steps to Reproduce

Create a thought and scroll down.

Current Behavior

Expected Behavior

Add a drop shadow to the top edge of the footer breadcrumbs to provide a smoother transition. It should be the same drop shadow as the toolbar.
