Gesture diagram: Add glow #2056

Steps to Reproduce

Start swiping to open the gesture menu. Gesture diagrams are rendered next to each command that can be executed from the current swipes.

Current Behavior

Expected Behavior

Add the glow that the TraceGesture has to the GestureDiagram.
