Tutorial: Does not advance when instructions are completed

Steps to Reproduce

Follow the instructions of Tutorial Part II.

Current Behavior

Part II, Step 5

After adding a thought in "Relationships", the tutorial does not advance.

Part II, Step 6

Part II, Step 7

Part II, Step 11

Expected Behavior

The tutorial should accurately detect when the user has fulfilled the objective of each step and advance.

Make sure not to advance the tutorial arbitrarily. If you're unsure about the objective of a step please ask for clarification.
