MultiIconMarker and MarkerManager don't work together #146

I used the code from example 1 of the MultiIconMarker and tried to add this
marker to map by adding it to the marker manager.

I zoomed a bit on the map and it seems to be ok, but after triggering the
mouseover event and therefor the related mouseover icon, the marker was
replicated.

I used the MultiIconMarker script of revision 1056 and the MarkerManager
V1.1 with my Firefox 3.5.2 on my Windows Vista machine.

I know this issue.
(Maybe I think that it same Issue130;comment3)
I'm going to fix it and button up this control.
