Migrate Borealis API Server to new hardware and keep running 24/7 #45

The original server hardware has not been in operation for quite some time due to hardware migration and dissassembly. I am looking to rebuild my server cluster, and/or build an entirely new hypervisor based in XenServer again instead of ProxmoxVE or VMWare.

This should take place relatively soon. Backup systems will also be in place to prevent future downtime issues.
