Windows Server 2016 Not Showing Servers After Being Deployed #46

I Deployed a server last night and put in my 2-auth code, when i woke up there were 2 servers instead of one and when i choose one of them, neither of the servers come up for options. (video showing the problem) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=elcJQ85NGSI&feature=youtu.be
