In Recent Reports Pagae, you can see all recent reports and when you click them a new pop up is openning that shows some further details about report but no any URL for comment page of that issue/report in page or in that popup.
You will see 2 samples below for both place and you can choose one of them to reach comments page or both of them can be used.
