WinSW xml desciption files are wrong #63

The WinSW service desciption files "src/patroni_service.xml" doesn't seems to be good (no log generated, pes user not recongnized...)

To make it works I had to migrate to description files of WinSW 3.0 I don't understand why ? Because I use the Release v230803 that should contain WINSW in version 2.12.0

The other configuration files have to be verified :

src/etcd_service.xml
src/vip_service.xml

All WinSW files are for version 2.12.0.

What exactly doesn't work for you? Would you please provide error output?
