Encoding issue in postgresql python script when error launching postgresql cluster #64

I haven't the trace any more but I had an issue with line 1317 in the script init.py in directory "C:\PES\patroni\patroni\postgresql"

the decode method was KO about the 'utf-8' encoding

I had to replace 'utf-8' with sys.stdout.encoding using "import sys" instruction

this bug should be in patroni project sorry, the file is under : patroni/postgresql/init.py I haven't any more the traces or the way to reproduce
