To reproduce install on Windows with latest versions of libraries.

Set up Patroni cluster. How is not important as long as it works.

Run patronictl.py edit-config and do not ask for it to be quiet. It will die when it tries to display the diff output.

This is a bug fixed in Patroni 3.3.0

Any chance we can get a new version with the latest Patroni?
