Make QR Code reader compatible with Payment links #19

Shapeshift and Ecommerce websites tend to use a annotation like: ethereum:ADDRESS?amount=AMOUNT in their QR links.

Make blockwallet compatible and fill-out this information when a code is scanned while scanning.
