Add support and details on how to boot baremetal instances with UEFI firmware.

This lgtm, but CI just went red so I don't want to merge anything until that's fixed. Feel free to ping me if I don't remember to come back to it though.

@cybertron note I've updated this branch to include a commit to cache image and flavor objects.
