Suggested application form questions:

• Name
• Way to contact you
• Where are you coming from in terms of your background? (super basic..can be "I'm a graduating student and I'd like to learn programming" or "I don't like my job so I'd like to learn programming" or "I love video games and want to make them")
• Previous experience with programming (it's ok if you say "none")
• What would you like to learn and/or create during the course (it's ok if you say "I don't know")?

Let me know what you think about these questions.

Also I was just going to set up a google docs form to take in applications, unless there's a better solution - let me know!
