Multiple missed call notifications when multiple browser tabs are open #169

Issue Summary

If Twilio Voice web received a missed call, for every tab that is open, a missed call notification is shown.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open multiple twilio voice web tabs
  2. Log into same account on each
  3. Call web remotely
  4. Do not answer web
  5. End call remotely
  6. Observe multiple missed calls
