The objective of this exchange is to introduce the main persona of Cybnity to a few keyusers (between 5 and 10) and to get feedback on its characteristics. The idea is also to have a first meeting, without any major issues

@cosmyx82 Could you give me the topics agenda that will be followed during each individual meeting that allow me to build an attractive introduction message to capture attention and interest of each early adopter to contact?

The agenda for each of the early adopters interviews will be:

Mutual presentation
Presentation of the persona
Collection of feedbacks
Check 2 essentials points: if the pains points and objectives of each person corroborate those of the persona

ok for me. I will prepare a file of contacts who could make sens and will generate a first introduction message with invitation to share availabilities. DO you have specific days and times set in a standard week which could be easy for you to participate, that I can propose for calls?

First sent of "call to action invitation" sent to 3 rssi (not privileged contact of me, but who can have a real point of view around the rssi/ciso mission allowing to give us feedback) via LinkedIn who could be interested for a 30min call.

3 calls performed with RSSI/CISO, 1 call planed next Thursday, 1 call planed in September
115 contacts initiated for start of community creation who could help us to co-design the solution specifications

@cosmyx82 Temporary wait : period of callback monitoring regarding potential contacts who are currently in holidays

NEXT: at end of August, make a new status evaluation about the level of co-designers list as sufficient/required to increase or not the targeted team of nine RSSI/CISO co-designers

5 calls performed, 2 others planed during September. The current version of the proto-persona card's topics is validated and can be freezed modulo the future evolutive maintenance according to future potential new CISO helping us
