Make IR_PER_EorF signed #110

fixes #82

Issue number 82 is only a problem compiling on Platformino and not standard Arduino IDE. I will have to see if it breaks anything under Arduino IDE.

It broke for me compiling for the feather M0 on Arduino ide.
