Added instruction on how to change default pin. Took me way too long to find the location - most of this library could be clearer on pin usage. Its guesswork at the moment.

Problems with SAMD51 support have been resolved with recent updates.Problems with SAMD51 support have been resolved with recent updates. SAMD51.txt has been updated and the overall documentation will be updated soon.
