Move everything under /v1 directory #92

This is the first step toward v2 implementation. The source code of v1 is kept under /v1 directory for later use in the converter.

Coil v1 can be maintained on release-1.1 branch.

Part of #75

We don't follow the guideline because of these reasons.

  1. Coil is not imported by others.
  2. Keeping v1 source code in the root directory is messy and confusing. Moving them to v1/ makes things clean.
