@ymmt2005 I've looked the codes. But I'm not the right person to review this since I'm not familiar with the internals of goma...

@yutannihilation It's basically a collection of fixes to adopt Go 1.7 context APIs including net/http and os/exec. Anyway, I'll merge this as the changes are trivial and tests are passed.
