Display user name or phone number #16

I switched accounts in the app by logging out with one account and logging in with another. I could not see which account I was using. And there might be a bug with changing accounts. But I cannot be sure because I could not see which account NC was using.

There is enough room to display the user name, please do so. Thanks

@lightonflux Is fixed thanks to @loewenzahm and will be shipped with next release.
