about: Use cybrespace source URL #19

Not sure whether this was omitted intentionally, or it was just missed out - but I certainly feel that its a change that should be made - not least to myself using the hyperlink as a means of convenience.

Updated the URL in two places, the spec file didn't need updated - so if you'd prefer for the easier merging of upstream changes I can revert back (although I don't see it being changed upstream).

sorry for not merging at the time but i think this is well out of date. also, we now have the cybrespace source url everywhere i can think of in recent versions. so, gonna close this
