Update edited localisation (bao and misc)
Add new translation (Socotra and North Atlantic)

Thanks for the translations!

As a heads up, the RICE loc for the next update will be reworked in some parts - I generally avoid this to make life easier for translators, but it couldn't be avoided this time as I had to change a lot thanks to the new activities system. So some of the loc already translated into French might need to be reworked too.
