WebcamStudio 0.57 Build 217 x86 #85

Hi,
 after few days of studying, and with the good suggestions from Patrick Balleux, I've been able to run WCS 0.57 Build 217 on both Ubuntu 12.10 and Opensuse 12.2 x86.
Here i post the results of my tests. Please take a look in the readme file 
included.

Hi, I try to make a deb package from the WCS 0.57 Last Build (217).
The package seems to work well under Ubuntu 12.10 x86.
The libwebcamstudio and the virtual device are built automatically. (I Hope)
