Externals Commands doesn't quit after using. #90

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start WS
2. Open any type of stream
3. Stop playback on any stream.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the stream associated command to be killed.
Instead some commands lie in the background until WS quits.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Thanks to Cèsar on G+ we discover this issue.
Test in progress.
In the next build we take more care on memory an cpu consumption.

Issue solved for all streams except for URL ones.
