  • then check exec/docker/run_rocker.bash for more details to bring up an environment
  • (run it as PASSWORD=_your_password_ source exec/docker/run_rocker.bash)
  • host dir of the project: ~/dev/scancer (update it in other cases)
  • "guest dir" of the project: /scancer
  • else sudo docker start wonderful_haibt

Access web-based dev-env by http://localhost:8787/ and with rstudio / _your_password_ login
