Get links for public EMA documents (overview, withdrawn etc.)

Steps/subtasks:

[x] automated search for a specific compound (from CLUE.IO)
[x] result list by relevance
[x] pick the first one OR return NA (in case of empty list)
[x] get link to the potential public PDF document

Further review etc. needed

Some compound do not have query result on the EMA search UI.
