Improve readme by addressing the 'why' #19

And provide a super-tiny intro into Cycle.

These started out as a part of my upcoming post comparing different approaches to handling side-effects in Redux.

In my mind, both are enough of an improvement on their own to be recycled back into the readme. I also plan to expand the readme even further to:

Which are just as important if we want to see redux-cycle-middleware used by more people. (Ref #2)

Thoughts? Ideas?

Should I go ahead and merge it myself?

Do you have any other ideas as to what I'm planning to write on?

@goshakkk I like how it reads! I think it's perfect. We can add/modify things in other PRs, but for now it's real nice :smile:
