we should have a writeup explaining to newcomers:

how to add seed data to their local db
how to get their local db/rails server up and running
why we are using mapbox instead of google maps
much, much more!

I was talking with another senior dev (Matt) and mentioned styling was a pretty common starting point. Hehe, let's do our best to keep our code uniform and use a style guide. Let's use the 2 below unless someone has another preference.
