Linking threads and hashtags not working in email #1005

We have https://github.com/cyclestreets/cyclescape/issues/428 and https://github.com/cyclestreets/cyclescape/issues/613 but I don't think these work for HTML emails (https://github.com/cyclestreets/cyclescape/issues/390).
