E-mailed thread links need fully-qualified URL, not relative link #918

This message: /threads/1855#message_68635 has a link that doesn't work in the e-mailed post, but does work in the thread. This appears to be because the href is just a number, and online is treated as a relative link.

Sadly this is not really fixable. In that message the user selected the URL to be "4577" and the Text to display to be the URL.

I could maybe change https://www.tiny.cloud/docs/plugins/link/#link_assume_external_targets to true so at least that would be more apparent to the user.
