Photo size upload: needs 'Upload full when using Wifi' setting #28

The settings section includes an option to switch between full/320px upload size.

A third option, which should be the default, should be added: "Upload full when using Wifi".

Increase small to 640px, Full will automaticlly upload 1024/1280 for 3G and max image for Wifi.

I've clarified the name here.

The default photomap setting really needs to be upload full-size when using wifi, and vga when not.

Ive implemented this so, if the users on wifi we always upload the full image, if on cellular we respect the Settings. No need for additional settings option.
