Internationalisation: moving all strings to a translatable file #78

We have interest from abroad in internationalising the apps.

So it would be good if we could soon get the strings moved to a translatable file, as has worked well with Cyclescape:

Have started this, is kind tied to #2 as UI will need to able to handle other language text lengths.
