Trial notice does not encourage immediate purchase #31

Also, the trial notice mentions the "app bar". I have no idea what that is, or where I will find it.

Can the Hello (trial) notice have a 'Buy now' link, to encourage people to do this action (without being naggy)?

Added a custom dialog box to support changing the OK button to something else. Windows Phone is limited in that so had to create a dialog box instead of using the built in controls. New dialog shows "Buy Now" and "Continue Trial" buttons.
