Add a test case for matching all regions #28

Add a test case to verify that it's possible to match all the regions with '*'.

Coverage remained the same at 84.473% when pulling 4c0877667c19095509c76f2af7e3acc995fe79fa on if-match-all-regions into 07d5bd5ff32458e122356ec0961d24650a870fe9 on master.
