Added: Cloudfront to the lists #42

This PR adds the:

GetCloudFrontDistributions
GetCloudFrontPublikKeys
GetCloudFrontOriginAccessIdentities

Which is what we need to "tick" the Cloudfront from #8.

Coverage increased (+0.4%) to 84.992% when pulling 63b9f6b3997f6ec8ad46d05876af2e6cf12ad0a5 on fg-8-cloudfront into 641157ceeb22860ffd2e832407f688de1c8284b8 on master.
