Firs step: propose a tags for this feature.

render the traffic calming as a traffic calming (we first need to find the a way to draw a traffic calming tagged on a way) see #58

Render continuous_cycleway/sidewalk on the node with an icon like ][ oriented along the cycleway/footway or perpendicular if none.

If the continuous cycleway/sidewalk is defined on the way add a first > icon on the first node and a < a the last node ?
