What does this mean? You mean a badge for lcn/rcn/ncn/icn? Or something else?

No, that already the case with cycle route colors, it's this tag but some people fought it :( and it's not used, so we need to wait https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:bicycle:type
