specific marking for cargo bikes #592

Issue

Openstreetmap has a specific tag for cargo bike parking (cargo_bike=yes|no|designated) and we can see more and more cargo bikes in our streets. However, they cannot always use the standard bicycle parkings.

Proposal

It would be useful to have a specific marking for cargo bikes, for example like this (elongated circle with added capacity for cargo bikes) : image

I won't open a separate issue, as this is just an idea you gave me. I think bicycle parking could be improved even further if it's type is rendered at high zoom. For example it might be useful to see if it's type is wall_loops, then you know you won't be able to secure your bike well enough and may need to search for other parking place.

There is also this cool thing in my city https://bikeep.com/smart-commercial-bike-rack/. Currently, they aren't tagged with a distinct type, but I think I'll do it some day, . Not sure this is used in other countries and as a rarely used, not documented tag, this won't probably be displayed by this project in near future, but just giving this as an example that maybe displaying bicycle parking types could be useful as this one doesn't require a lock and has a security firm which reacts to alarms.
