Update the period filters in banking overviews

Implement this issue in consequence to the fix for CYCLOS-8278.

From CYCLOS-8278: We should use preselected periods in the next overviews:

• Payment requests overview
• Scheduled payments overview
• Awaiting my authorization
• Payment authorizations
