Cyclus Install issue and fix #285

Hey, On fuelcyclus.org, https://fuelcycle.org/user/install_binary.html, the installation documentation is buggy and leads to cyclus_unit_tests and cycamore_unit_test errors. This issue was discussed in "Issues installing Cyclus/Cycamore (Unit Tests) #1457". @Bellis6 and @ZoeRichter wrote an ipython notebook that installs cyclus and cycamore cleanly. I was wondering if Brad should pull request his solution to the installation documentation?

While we did get successful units tests, Brad and I did run into an error we're still unsure about. It still downloads, but we got a git-daemon-run error. I tried to look into it, and it seems like in Ubuntu 15.04, at least, it was a known bug.
