I suggest that the pages describing test cases should be extended to more realistic cases in which fuel cycle and reactor core constraints are taken into account. In the infinite-pass recycle, degraded Pu vector will limit recycling in practice.

(robert c) Yes - the Pu vector will degrade in practice limiting the number of passes possible. The example is/was intended to illustrate the flexibility and capability of Cyclus and not necessarily to demonstrate any sort of sophisticated analysis (which is absolutely possible).

I think this comment largely misses the point of the paper. We do not purport to enable this feature yet. In fact, the only physics we claim to support in this paper is decay.

In my opinion, this paper's goal (in NFC parlance) is to say "we can do what any recipe-based simulation can do, but we have the ability to do much more". As long as we say that and support it with evidence, I think we're fine.
