Recycle Initialization #2

Everything has been changed from cycamore::xxx to recycle::xxx.

The Cycamore archetypes are not deleted (yet) to make sure tests work properly.

Thanks to @bam241 for great help.

To address issue #1 , an additional PR should be placed deleting all the cycamore archetypes,

which shouldn't be too hard.

I plugged in the CI hook seems to be working :)

let's wait for CI to catch the unit_test fail, then we can clean up the repo :)

@jbae11 could you do an empty commit, I would like to see if it is needed to trigger the test to run (right now it is hooked but the test are not running...)
