Is OpenCyc 4.0 up to date? #12

OpenCyc 4.0 was released in 2012. Has the current Cyc ontology changed (to fix inconsistencies, etc.) from the part released in 2012? If so, is there a new OpenCyc release planned to bring it up to date?
