(a) frame pops up allowing user to specify what region to capture (UI controls yet to be added); (b) by specifying -fs command line option, CTscreencap will automatically capture the entire screen (ie, headless mode); (c) added new Apache headers; (d) if CTscreencap is producing audio, the output folder name is the same as the video output folder with _audio suffix
