Permissions missing #18

Plugin doesn´t have permissions so it is unable to set which admin roles can use it

Hi,

I will check this issue. Can you add also how to replicate this. Also include the octobercms version and other plugin that was installed

File Plugin.php doesn´t contain registerPermissions() method. Applies to latest release (2.1.1.)
