Feature request- Add custom fields to links

Option for add custom field

Expected Behavior

Admin can add a custom field (textarea, text, date etc) for links. For example, i want to add a custom field (Observation) for links so i can know for what i created that short url.

Current Behavior

We can't add a custom field.

Context

I create short url for e-mail communications so we have the same url (website) but i need to know what client clicked on it.

Would you be able to edit the name of this issue to something like "Feature request - Add custom fields to links" so we are able to track it better. Thanks
