Is this project going to be maintained in next years? #471

Hi, I'm about to choose a self hosted link shortener. This one looks nice and I'm wondering if it's still maintained. I see many pull requests and issues, and last commit is 3-6months old.

I've been rather busy lately, so I haven't had time to make significant updates to Polr; however, I'll be around to patch any security issues or urgent bugs for the foreseeable future.

What about offering a maintainer position for other changes? (not that I'd be the correct person for that, I'd just like to see an official Docker release ;))
