Nextcloud integration #509

Expected Behavior

I think it would be a great idea to integrate Polr with Nextcloud. Thus , Polr would benefit from a great community and Nextcloud lacks a link shortener.

Current Behavior

Polr is a standalone service, which is great but makes it more difficult for non-technical users to manage it.
