Is the project abandonned ? #626

Hello,

It seems that the project is abandonned, considering there's been no activity since Feb 2021 and @cydrobolt seems unactive on GitHub, unless he plans to resume the maintenance on this project or someone wants to fork it

I would gladly suggest people to use more up-to-date alternatives such as Shlink or Kutt.it.

In any case, thanks cydrobolt for the hard work on Polr.

What about a paid version that is supported + maintained? How many would want that?

Shlink is more complicated to host and use. Kutt has spam issues. An updated/supported/maintained Polr has advantages over them.

Shameless plug: https://github.com/Antelope-Valley-College/polr I've implemented SAML and PHP 8 support in our fork for the community college I work for. Because it's critical to daily business processes, I suspect we will keep maintaining it.

Super interested in this, especially your SAML addition. Security's been harking for a while about Polrs lack of SSO, I'd love to chat with you about your fork.
