[x] EU_MARKETPLACE_BASE_URL, PL_MARKETPLACE_BASE_URL
[x] EU redirects to sandbox
[x] PL redirects to marketplace.eosc.pl
[x] redirectUrl, logoUrl, orderUrl for: all collection services, data source, providers, bundles, offers, catalogues
[x] without /offers in EU scope for services and data sources - PR is missing
